Width: 9" Length: 9" Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics and batting; machine pieced, hand appliquéd flower, metallic thread for the quilting. Artist's Statement: I wanted to make a cheerful quilt to Alzheimer’s victim, caregivers and other loved ones.
Dedication: To my great-grandmother Lottie Belle. She was a wonderful caring person who was struck by Alzheimer’s late in life.
This quilt is displayed with a traditional sleeve.
This quilt earned $100 for the AAQI.
