Alzheimer's disease is a devastating disease with many excruciatingly painful consequences. It robs Alzheimer's patients of their future while slowly erasing the histories of their past. It steals precious time and memories from helpless family members who slowly watch their loved ones melt into an unknown world of nothingness where only their loved ones can enter. One cannot help but feel lonely and hopeless.
