Materials/Techniques: Hand pieced with Inklingo, machine quilted, narrow binding, 100% cotton top and back, silk batt.
Artist's Statement: This pretty quilt is published in The Inklingo Handbook (September 2008), in hopes of encouraging other quilters to make or buy quilts to benefit the Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative. I have many happy memories of hand piecing with my Dad. The owls in the red fabric are favorites of mine, so I wanted to use it in a quilt to honor Ami's mother too.
