Artist's Statement: I thought a beautiful bunch of grapes the perfect analogy of a robust person in the prime of life. Ultimately, Alzheimer's with its subtle and unforeseen changes wreaks havoc on memory and personality.
Dedication: My ex-husband, a physician and marathon runner, died in August 2008 with the diagnosis of Alzheimer's.
