Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabric, decobond, flannel, ribbon, yarn, invisible thread, antique buttons, gold thread.
Artist's Statement: I made the flower petals from leftover fabric I made for a vest. Three cotton fabrics and gold lame were sewn, cut, sewn, cut, sewn, cut!
Dedication: Coming thru a great sorrow can make us stronger, teach us what is really important. Take time to notice the gifts life gives you and be thankful.
