Artist's Statement: This past year, I became fast friends with fabric designer and author, Mark Hordyszynski. Mark sent me some of his wonderful fabric to use for charity quilts. I am amazed by his diverse talents as seen in this piece. I fused his youthful novelty fabric motifs onto a background of his elegant sparkle fabric. A little bit of machine embroidered sparkle seaweed and I've created a happy under the sea play land.
