Materials/Techniques: Cottons and/or blends; paper-piecing, bunches of free-motion quilting.
Artist's Statement: drew this pattern myself and planned to set the star against sunrise colors. But I found a small box of blue fabric scraps (can't remember what I originally planned to make with them) and this quilt is the result.

Dedication: To Linda Worland. This is my second dedication of a Priority quilt to her but I still value the inspiration of her 'Paper Panache' website and the encouragement she gave me to draw my own paper-pieced designs.
