Artist's Statement: A friend’s oriental silk painting inspired the quilt made in memory of a mutual friend’s husband. We have all been friends for over 60 years.
Dedication: To Stan Evans who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at a very early age. His loving wife, Carol, has been a champion for advocacy and research. She was a selfless caregiver and a dear friend.
This quilt is displayed with a traditional sleeve.
This quilt earned $89.59 for the AAQI.
