Materials/Techniques: Cottons and cotton blends; hand-pieced and hand-quilted.
Artist's Statement: This design is called a "postage stamp" quilt because all the blocks are so small. It is also a charm quilt, because every block is from a different fabric. I call it the Rooster quilt because of the fine fellow on the second row. I also considered naming it after the pop-eyed fish on the bottom row. Note: This quilt contains a few non-religious Christmas fabrics.
