Materials/Techniques: Machine pieced and quilted cotton.
Artist's Statement: "Just the Pieces" came about from small pieces that were left from a quilt project I did with my friend Sara. I felt it was fitting to use these small pieces since this disease leaves you with only bits or pieces.
Dedication: For all those who care for someone afflicted with Alzheimer's. May they have hope for a cure and patience to keep the pieces together.
