Materials/Techniques: Cotton and Burlap borders with thread-painted 'mane' and beading to emphasize that puffy mane around the fussy-cut fused lion head. Machine quilting is radiating around the dandy-lion. A name plaque is attached with beads at the bottom.
Artist's Statement: Because I love the big cats and thought to have fun with the flower pun.
