Materials/Techniques: Using some of many leftovers from a king-size quilt I framed and flanged this lion. The lion's head is trapunto. The flange is stitched in the ditch for security. The triangles were a challenge to corner with.
Artist's Statement: I love cats and all the jungle versions of same along with all their fellow creatures.
