Artist's Statement: I have always loved horses. There is a special feeling in riding a galloping horse with my hair whipping back from my face and the powerful horse seeming to glide on the wind. It is good to be able to feel that freedom now and again.

Dedication: For my three co-workers who are dealing with parents at different stages of Alzheimer's, something I hope my children never have to deal with.
