Materials/Techniques: Raw-edge appliqué and thread painted grass and meadow flowers (the orange and yellow ones).
Artist's Statement: Did you know that wolves generally stay with the same mate until one of them dies? It is fascinating to me that there are others besides humans who can display such loyalty.

Dedication: For my three co-workers who are dealing with parents at different stages of Alzheimer's, something I hope my children never have to deal with.
This quilt is displayed with a hanging ring.
This quilt earned $100 for the AAQI.
