Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics and batting; raw-edge machine appliqué, machine quilting, shading added with Prismacolor® pencils and tulle overlay.
Artist's Statement: I made this quilt intuitively. At each step, it told me what should be done next. Originally, the name of the quilt was "Abstract Experiment #2", but when it was done, it also told me what the name should be. It was a fun experiment.
