Dedication: For my Dad.

This quilt is displayed with Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $200 for Alzheimer's research.

When I walked into the quilt exhibit at the AAHSA conference, "Reach for a Star" spoke to me! I watched the bidding carefully and won the prize! The small treasure will hang in my new office in a spot where I can see it and where it can continue to speak to me and remind me of the all the important work we have to do.

I was recently appointed as the Field Director for the Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes Campaign. And I have special people in my own life who have died with Alzheimer's including my godmother (end stage) and my own dad (early).

Take care and thank you. Your work is beautiful and inspirational!
