Artist Statement: This is an interpretation of an original paper cut made by Bonnie Bower-Dennis for Ami Simms. Bonnie and I presented the framed original to Ami at our "last" Houston in 2012. We thought the AAQI could leverage some more funds if we made a priority quilt as well!
