Materials/Techniques: Drawn from a flower in my garden. It is on PFD cloth and colored with Inktense pencils and water. It is free motion quilted and thread signed.

Artist Statement: One of my favorite colors is blue violet and I love yellow-green with it. This Iris seems to fill the bill. The intricate shapes are a bonus. The background of the reed type leaves is a wonderful contrast. I love my spring garden.
