Materials/Techniques: Many snowflakes were cut from folded paper, to find the perfect one for this AAQI quilt. I used all cotton materials with machine appliqué.

Artist Statement: Beautiful bright snowflakes coming down in the darkness, all night during the blizzard called Nemo. Every winter my Mother would teach her second grade students how to fold and cut a six-sided snowflake.

Dedication: To all the wonderful people who work where my mother lives. Thank you for taking such good care of her, so I don't have to worry so much, especially during a blizzard.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
