Materials/Techniques: Green cotton fabric and pink pearl cotton embroidery thread.

Artist Statement: This was a class project to learn a new skill. It has been waiting for a purpose, and now it will help raise money for a very worthy cause. My very best friend has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I made this to honor her. I have purchased one of these wonderful quilts at the Houston Quilt show the last 3 times I have been there.
