Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, machine appliquéd with felted wool hand appliquéd and free-motion quilted.

Artist Statement: This started life as a block for a basket quilt which was never made. I've added appliqué heart shape flowers to the heart shape basket for added interest, and free-motion quilted hearts on a vine in the background.
