Materials/Techniques: 100% cotton fabric and thread, machine pieced and quilted.

Artist Statement: Of the memories I hold dear, the annual family outing to the Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival is high on the list. I can still smell the combinations of machine oil from the big Ferris wheel and the sweetness of the cotton candy. I loved the arts and crafts buildings and the grange displays. There were nightly events, as well - the tractor pull and the destruction derby were always big draws. I made this little quilt with these images in my mind.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
