Materials/Techniques: I started with black batik, added misty fuse, then melted embossing powder on that (Quilting Arts Magazine). Grid is Etal, swoops are plastic screening. A bit of quilting, some beads and it was done!
Artist's Statement: I wanted to try something new and this was the result.
