Materials/Techniques: I purchased this embroidery design called Photo Stitch from Advanced Embroidery. It took over 60,000 stitches of rayon thread to complete.

Artist Statement: No one can be sure of being spared this disease, not even royalty! To me, my mother was a Queen and it was painful to watch the changes taking place as the disease advanced.

Dedication: I dedicate this quilt to all the loyal volunteers who have worked so tirelessly to make this charity a huge success.
