Artist Statement: This was actually made for a quilt guild "ugly quilt" challenge. More like "Tacky quilt"! Love me tender.

Dedication: Dedicated to my mother, Margaret McIntyre Mattox and my grandfather, Elwood McIntyre, who died from Alzheimer's. Also to Ami Simms for all the wonderful work she has done and continues to do to raise money and awareness of this horrible disease.
