Materials/Techniques: Cotton, flannel, the arch is made from small strips of striped material, the gray path is fabric from a man’s tie. Raw edge appliqué, machine pieced and quilted.
Artist Statement: This little art quilt is an effort to depict our brains trying to decide which path to take next. Usually our brains do this automatically without us really contemplating "What if?” As we get older some of the smaller decisions can be perceived as major and cause us to waffle back and forth. This is especially true for someone with Alzheimer's disease.
Dedication: To all those who find it difficult to decide what to wear today.
This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
