Materials/Techniques: Velvet, metallic sheer net and silk were used for the hearts. The quilting was done with a blue metallic thread.

Artist Statement: I was asked why I am doing this. My answer, "Because I can." I am not a philanthropist or a scientist. Quilts I can do! AAQI has given me the chance to help.
