Artist Statement: Bargello #2 and its sister quilt, Bargello #1, were created for our guild's 2012 Challenge: Make an Alzheimer's quilt using recycled materials. This was originally a larger work from my "Bargello Phase" which remained incomplete until it was cut up into these two little quilts.
