Materials/Techniques: This little quilt is 100% cotton -- machine pieced and hand quilted. It has no binding, instead I 'pillow cased' it to keep the design simpler.

Artist Statement: One of the first mini quilts I made, when I took up quilting again a couple of years ago, was a nine-patch with shoo fly blocks, like this one, but I did it poorly, so most of the points in my shoo fly blocks were cut off! After a couple of years, I decided to tackle it again -- this is the result! I did better this time.
