Materials/Techniques: All cotton fabrics are used with a polyester batting. Using traditional piecing methods, the simple “H” block is set on point and machine quilted in the ditch with nylon thread.

Artist Statement: I made this quilt to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research and to show my support for the AAQI.

Dedication: Although the quilt is not green, it is dedicated to 4-Hers the world over. The 4 “H’s” stand for head, hand, health and heart.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
