Materials/Techniques: All of the fabrics are batiks. The 1 3/4 inch blocks are all traditionally pieced without foundations and then the blocks are set in Attic Windows. Quilted with clear thread.

Artist Statement: This is a showcase of 9 familiar 5 grid blocks. Each one has a central cross with another color center. All have names but some have more than one name. I have put tags on each with the most common name for the block.
