Materials/Techniques: This quilt was paper pieced using a free pattern with assorted batiks and Kona mottled black.

Artist Statement: The first sign of Alzheimer disease in my mother-in-law was her repeating the same info or question every couple of minutes or talking in circles. The West Houston Quilters Guild issued a challenge to its members so I made this quilt to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research and to show my support for the AAQI.
