Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabric, English paper piecing; hand pieced, appliquéd and quilted.

Artist Statement: This was a very therapeutic and comforting quilt to stitch.

Dedication: To my mother, Maxine, who died with Alzheimer's in 2008. She made beautiful dresses for me when I was young; and taught me to sew at the age of 10.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
