Materials/Techniques: Crazy quilt made with cotton fabrics, vintage hankies, buttons, seed beads, sequins, and hand and machine embroidery. It is machine quilted.

Artist Statement: It was very hard for me when my mother got to the stage of Alzheimer's when she forgot who I was. Some days I was not sure if she knew who I was even though she seemed to distinguish me from her nursing staff. I like to hope that a part of her will always remember me.
