Artist Statement: Have you ever spent time watching the annual growth of a fern? They begin in the spring by putting out tightly curled fronds, hidden deep in the base of the old growth. As the days get longer and warmer, these ancient plants unfurl and reveal their true form and beauty. I created this piece as homage to this humble plant. The title means fern in Hungarian.
Dedication: This is for all those hidden people in the labs who are doing the discovery work to find a cure for Alzheimer's.
