Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabric, cotton/bamboo batting, silk quilting thread, machine pieced and quilted with a hand sewn binding.

Artist Statement: I had leftover half square triangles from another project and thought this sailboat would give someone a wonderful adventure or escape.

Dedication: My friend, Susan and her husband Bob have had many adventures, but things have not always been smooth sailing. Susan died this spring after a 9-year battle with Alzheimer's. Hopefully, they will both experience smoother sailing now.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
