Materials/Techniques: Ribbon, watercolor pencils, Sharpie pen, and Sulky invisible thread were used on commercial cotton fabric. It has raw edge appliqué and machine quilting.

Artist Statement: I made this one to show a little of bit of a Texas spring. When a mesquite tree leafs out it is a lime green.
