Artist Statement: Compassion and kindness are the hallmarks of my dear friend and mentor, Jean Picott. Even as she contends with this memory robbing condition, Alzheimer's, those most admired aspects of her character are ever present. Even with Alzheimer's, Jean has a kind heart.
