Materials/Techniques: Machine pieced and appliquéd with glued on eyes.

Artist Statement: Somehow, I have managed to acquire quite a collection of ladybugs. As I walked my young granddaughter around the house trying to get her to sleep, she would point to all the ladybugs. I started singing to her my made up ladybug song - 'ladybug, ladybug, we like ladybugs'. Ladybugs have become a favorite of hers now too.

Dedication: Dedicated to my granddaughters Mikayla and Delaney, who both share my love of ladybugs.
