Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabric, batting, and rick-rack. I used invisible top thread and white thread on the bottom for the quilting.

Artist Statement: I love the colors in this fabric and could not resist framing up my scraps. I remember a time and place when the doors of the church were always open and a welcoming light would be turned on at night.
