Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics and Tsukineko All Purpose Inks were used. I painted the flower and leaf separately then appliquéd the leaf below the flower and quilted with cotton quilting thread.

Artist Statement: My goal is to make at least 2 quilts a month for AAQI between now and Houston Quilt Festival.
