Materials/Techniques: Machine pieced background blocks, painted with Shimmer paint by Tulip, fused appliqué and three dimensional appliqué, quilted with variegated metallic thread and beads added.

Artist Statement: I found the white left over blocks and with the Christmas Challenge it was a good fit to combine them. I always enjoy using spare blocks from other projects in the AAQI quilts.
