Materials/Techniques: The patches, backing, binding and fast finish triangles were all cut from one piece of batik fabric. These assorted patches are crazy pieced to create the background. Every patch is highly embellished with hand-embroidered stitches, trims, lace cutouts, ribbons, buttons and or metal ornaments.

Artist Statement: This quilt was completed and submitted with prayers for those afflicted with Alzheimer's, those who care for them, and those working for a cure.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $90 for the AAQI.
