Materials/Techniques: Scraps of cotton fabrics in reds, oranges, and pinks with lots of polka dots.

Artist Statement: My sewing club, the Un/common Threads, sews philanthropically. We found out about the Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative through the book "Quilting for Peace" and felt it was a worthy cause.

Dedication: To Estelle Herzog, my grandmother, who loved an adventure.
