Materials/Techniques: Black background with various shades of yellow stars. Feathers are free hand cut from a multi-colored piece of batik fabric, with details drawn with Pigma pens.

Artist Statement: I was thinking about making a feathered star, but remembered feathers put on a little quilt with cats and their play toys. There are so many ways to make stars; here are only a few with their feathers.
