Designer: Original designMaterials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics scraps were pieced together to create this collage. Cotton batting was used and it was quilted with a decorative machine stitch in a random pattern on the quilt with a teal thread.
Artist Statement: Each scrap of fabric represents a precious memory that is no longer organized. The teal quilting represents efforts to put the memories back together.
Dedication: Dedicated to my father-in-law, Earl, who continues to learn new things at the age of 90 in an effort to starve off Alzheimer's.
This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
