Materials/Techniques: Top, back and batting are 100% cotton. Raw edge appliqué is stitched down with invisible thread. I then hand quilted with cotton hand quilting thread.

Artist Statement: My mother-in-law was caught in the clutches of Alzheimer's disease for 8 years, death set her free. Anything I can do to help with research will bring me happiness and satisfaction.
