Materials/Techniques: Machine pieced and quilted cotton fabrics with thread painting, ribbon binding, and lamé.

Artist Statement: I began this quilt in a Lisa Ellis workshop, but I made several changes: off-center tree, moon, tiny metallic leaves, lamé hearts. I wanted to represent the shining love we maintain for those who are losing their memories in the winter of their lives.
