Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabric, flannel for the batting layer and Amber Glow variegated thread from Signature. I embellished with beads and also used the Binding Miter Tool from Animas Quilts to sew the corner miters on the binding.

Artist Statement: I explored the embroidery stitches on my Janome Horizon to quilt this month’s priority quilt.
