Artist's Statement: Remember the Mother Goose rhyme? “I’m a little teapot, short and stout; Here is my handle (place one hand on corresponding hip to imitate handle), here is my spout (position other hand in air to imitate spout); When I get all steamed up then I shout; Just tip me over and pour me out (lean to the right to imitate pouring tea from the spout).”
Julie Sefton Dedication: “You can pour your soul out singin’ a song that you believe in that tomorrow they’ll forget you ever sang. Sing it anyway…Yeah, sing it anyway” (lyrics from a Martina McBride song). Here’s to the song in each of us.
